In questi giorni sto rimettendo ordine tra i miei megabyte di musica virtuale. In genere una cosa virtuale, quindi –viene da sé- non materialmente esistente, non può essere disordinata ma, credetemi sulla parola, se ci sono di mezzo io il disordine può esserci dappertutto! Spulciando i brani uno ad uno e scegliendo cosa tenere e cosa scartare mi sto godendo più che altro un po’ di buona musica e vorrei riproporvi questo brano. La canzone si intitola If you want to sing out, sing out ed è cantata dal Sommo, dal Magnifico, dall’Inimitabile Cat Stevens. No, non ho un’adorazione per lui… Il pezzo è anche colonna sonora del film Harold e Maude di cui vi parlavo anche in questo altro post. Il brano è praticamente un inno alla libertà: libertà di fare, di cambiare, di prendere strade diverse ma anche libertà di non fare tutte queste cose ma semplicemente di godersi la vita così com’è.
